A deck is one Jira Workstream. Pick the MediaValet folder that holds its creative and the site will pull, organize and publish it — usually within a couple of minutes.

Angles (campaign · ad set · angle per concept letter)

Product	Letter	Campaign	Ad Set	Angle	SMP

Product is the first part of the filename (Ice in Ice_C_Static_2); Letter is its concept letter. Campaign defaults to the product, Ad Set to the campaign. Letters you leave out still show up as "Concept X" under their product.

Creative will group by product and concept letter ("Concept A", "Concept B"…). Angles can be added later by editing the deck config.

How files get organized

Product_Letter_Format_N

Product: the product line — Ice, POU, Countertop … → becomes the campaign
Letter: A–K — the concept, mapped to an angle by the sheet or table above
Format: Static · Car (carousel — frames end 1a, 1b …) · Video · UGC
N: the version number

Examples: Ice_C_Static_2 · Countertop_A_Car_1a · POU_B_Video · Brand_A_UGC

Square vs Story is detected from the image itself, so a _Story tag is optional. Files that don't follow the pattern land in an Other section rather than being dropped.

Re-pull decks from MediaValet to pick up new, replaced and relabeled assets. Only the decks you choose are re-pulled; the rest stay as they are. Takes a minute or two.
